Role: Software Developer

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Software Developer to create robust and efficient software solutions for Joveo's rapidly expanding platform. You will have end-to-end ownership of features, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment, contributing to a codebase that handles millions of data points in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy software features across web, backend, or platform layers.
• Translate product requirements into effective technical implementations.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality across all releases.
• Proactively identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and technical debt.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to meet sprint commitments.
• Document technical decisions and contribute to team knowledge bases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
• Experience developing and deploying production-grade applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and/or NoSQL.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, asynchronous work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong bias for shipping quality software.
