Software Developer

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our Pune team. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend hands-on coding with real-world problem-solving within a modern full-stack environment. You will work with technologies including Ruby on Rails, React.js, MongoDB, Java, and Native Apps (Flutter, React Native).

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications and integrations.
• Debug and analyze production issues, employing structured problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) practices.
• Collaborate with offshore engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver stable, high-quality software releases.
• Participate in limited on-call rotations and occasional site visits to manufacturing plants for deployments and system validation.
• Support documentation efforts and knowledge sharing for reusable solutions and best practices.

Core Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in software development or application engineering.
• Practical understanding of Ruby on Rails, React.js, MongoDB, Java, and Native Apps development.
• Proficiency in debugging, version control (Git), REST APIs, and modern web architecture.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and learn quickly in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Jira or ServiceNow for issue tracking.
• Scripting ability in Python or Bash for automation or diagnostic tools.
• Prior experience in SaaS, DevOps, or product-based environments.
