Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong expertise in C/C++/Golang and the SIP protocol to join our team. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining real-time communication systems, contributing to robust VoIP solutions that underpin our telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain VoIP applications and services using C/C++/Golang.
• Implement and optimize SIP-based communication systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within our real-time communication infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in VoIP and real-time communications.

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and/or Golang.
• Solid understanding of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and its application in production environments.
• Experience with VoIP architectures and real-time communication protocols like RTP/RTCP.
• Proficiency in network programming, socket programming, and multi-threaded applications.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• A genuine passion for backend technologies including SIP, RTP, WebRTC, C, Golang, Linux kernel modules, and eBPF.

Problem-Solving & Design:

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in distributed systems.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalable system design.
• Strong grasp of software design patterns and best practices.

Good to Have:

• Hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH, OpenSIPS, PJSIP, or Janus.
• Knowledge of WebRTC protocols and implementation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Experience with speech recognition or text-to-speech integrations.
• Contributions to open-source VoIP projects.
