Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic and Planning:

• Manage assigned software modules for stability and scalability in .NET environments.
• Participate in planning, estimation, and delivery of product enhancements within the Mumbai region.

Functional Core:

• Design and develop core solutions adhering to ACGI development guidelines using C#/.NET frameworks.
• Collaborate on vendor management for software delivery, patch releases, testing, and business handover.
• Maintain high code quality through adherence to standards, documentation, and best practices.

People Development:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, Support) for software integrity across Mumbai operations.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the development team.
