We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong fundamentals in JavaScript and SQL to join our mission of improving quality of care for vulnerable people across the UK. The role requires writing clean, scalable code, optimizing performance, collaborating on UI/UX implementation, and taking ownership from design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing robust applications using JavaScript and SQL
- Writing clean, maintainable code optimized for performance
- Collaborating with designers on practical UI/UX concepts
- Taking ownership of testing before deployment to our dedicated squad
- Contributing to architectural decisions and evolving existing systems
We are looking for intentional candidates who can demonstrate strong fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and confidence in a collaborative, in-person team environment.

- Full-time position (Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 5:30pm IST)
