Job Title: Software Developer

Riskbirbal Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer for their Janakpuri, Delhi location. This is a permanent, full-time position with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000.

About the Role

We are looking for a developer with strong experience in PHP frameworks and modern frontend technologies to build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using CodeIgniter (CI3 & CI4) and Laravel.
• Build interactive and responsive UI components using ReactJS.
• Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in PHP development.
• Hands-on experience with: CodeIgniter 3 & 4, Laravel Framework, ReactJS.
• Proficient in MySQL database design and optimization.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of MVC architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledge of API authentication (JWT, OAuth).
• Familiarity with deployment & server management (Linux, Apache/Nginx).
• Experience working on eCommerce or CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices.

Experience and Education

• 2+ years of experience (flexible based on skill level).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
