Software Developer Intern - LabVIEW

Konrad Technologies is seeking enthusiastic Software Developer Interns with a focus on LabVIEW to join our team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development for cutting-edge industries including Automotive, ADAS, Semiconductor, Aerospace/Defense, and Consumer Electronics. You will collaborate closely with experienced domain experts to design and develop software components, understand complex system-level software architectures, and work with APIs and User Interfaces (UIs).

What You Will Do:

• Contribute to the development of software components using LabVIEW.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and domain experts.
• Gain exposure to system-level software architectures.
• Work with APIs and develop user interfaces.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Familiarity with software development toolchains and processes, including Source Code Control (SVN/GIT).
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong drive to complete tasks and lead initiatives to successful outcomes.
• A keen interest in learning about software architecture and design principles.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, systems, and products.
• Demonstrated initiative, self-starting capabilities, and the ability to work independently.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field with strong academic performance.
• Previous exposure to programming is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of analog/digital electronic design techniques.
• Effective communication and interaction skills with engineering teams and management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including diagnosing technical issues and proposing viable solutions.
• High level of concentration, alertness, and adaptability to change.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
