About the Role

Join AlgoSec's global R&D Customer Focus Team as a Software Developer in Gurgaon. You will solve complex field issues, collaborate with technical services and QA teams, and optimize component performance using profilers and debuggers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily interaction across development, tech support, and quality assurance teams.
• Leverage tools like Java, Spring microservices, Perl, Linux/AWS infrastructure, Angular, PostgreSQL, ActiveMQ to improve scalability.
• Contribute to the AlgoSec suite codebase while performing knowledge transfers and training within the company.

Requirements:

• Graduated from an elite university (e.g., IIT, NIT) with excellence.
• Solid software development expertise in Java (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Demonstrated integrity, organizational skills, and ability to work independently as a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Tech Stack & Advantages:

We value candidates with experience in Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, concurrency models, Perl/C/PHP/Ruby/Angular, AWS cloud development, Linux/UNIX environments, full-stack troubleshooting, or a background in the security space and customer-facing enterprise roles.
