Software Developer II

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer II to join the Provisioning Development team at NISC. In this role, you will focus on full stack development while integrating intelligent automation into enterprise-level software solutions for utilities and broadband services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive web applications using modern frameworks.
• Architect and stand up RESTful web services within a container-driven environment (Kubernetes, microservices).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research, design, and implement innovative new features.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex customer issues, bugs, and workflow inefficiencies.
• Execute rigorous unit testing and integration testing protocols for all code modules.
• Maintain adherence to established software development methodologies and best practices.
• Pioneer the exploration and prototyping of intelligent agent-based features designed to enhance user experience or automate complex workflows.
