Software Developer Role
We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Pune, and Bengaluru. This hybrid role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, assisting in the development of web and mobile applications, and participating in the design and development of software solutions. You will be responsible for debugging, troubleshooting, and performing unit and integration testing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including QA, UI/UX, and Product, is essential. You will also maintain and improve existing codebases, learn and implement new technologies, and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of databases like MySQL or SQL, and data structures.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control tools like Git is advantageous.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting quickly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Internships, academic projects, or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Candidates available to join immediately or within 15-30 days are preferred.
