NK Securities Research is seeking a talented High-Frequency Trading Software Developer for their Gurugram office. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-frequency automated trading systems with a strong emphasis on reliability, performance, and scalability.

Key responsibilities include optimizing system performance through advanced network and systems programming, researching and developing algorithms to minimize trading system latency, and building essential tools for risk management, system monitoring, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will drive automation, minimize manual processes, and maintain a strong commitment to testing and quality assurance. You will also integrate ad-hoc use-case scenarios into the existing codebase to enhance reusability and scalability across various exchanges. Furthermore, you will lead the core engineering team, fostering innovation and upholding high engineering standards. Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering from a reputed institution.

• Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
