Software Developer

FlexTrade Systems is seeking a motivated Software Developer with a focus on Front-End technologies to join our dynamic engineering team in Pune, Maharashtra. You will contribute to building modern, scalable web applications for global financial institutions, working closely with backend engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Front-End Developer, you will be instrumental in developing responsive, high-quality web applications using React JS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs, writing clean and maintainable code, participating in code reviews and technical discussions, and translating design mockups into functional interfaces. You will also be involved in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance, and managing code repositories using Git with CI/CD best practices.

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in React JS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), along with a strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3. Familiarity with a backend programming language (Go preferred), basic cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS or similar), and experience with Unix/Linux operating systems are also valuable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment are essential.

Nice to have qualifications include experience with design tools like Figma, understanding of responsive design principles, knowledge of Git branching strategies, and familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
