DigitalXNode is seeking a skilled Software Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent role based in Delhi or Hyderabad/Secunderabad, Telangana, India.

Responsibilities:

• Manage applications and solutions in a production environment.
• Utilize AWS technologies for development and management.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of production applications.
• Resolve and troubleshoot complex application issues.
• Engage in problem management processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Generate metrics reports on resolution times, ticket inflow, and other relevant data.
• Identify trends in ticket inflow.
• Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.
• Drive operational efficiencies and innovations to enhance customer experience.
• Possess strong communication and written English skills.
• Identify areas for improvement and foster strong customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science Engineering.
• Prior experience as a software developer is a significant advantage.
• Excellent coding and proofreading abilities.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a demanding workload.
