Software Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Developer to join our Data Platform team at Arctic Wolf. You will build large-scale systems for storing and rapidly searching cybersecurity telemetry data collected from endpoint, network, and cloud sources using AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Databricks, and Spark.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new data storage and search solutions based on customer requirements.
• Maintain systems built with Python, Go, or Java within containerized environments (Kubernetes/EKS/Docker).
• Leverage SQL for relational databases and Elasticsearch DSL for search technologies.
• Ensure operational excellence through automated testing, code reviews, and observability practices.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in backend systems or distributed applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, SQL, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native technologies (AWS).
• Familiarity with time-series databases like ClickHouse or Databricks is preferred.
