We are looking for an experienced Software Developer - AI Trainer to help train AI models. You'll be part of a growing community of over 100,000 professionals — including front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineers — who are driving real-world impact in AI development.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train advanced AI systems.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations tailored for model training.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity in various programming languages.
• Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of global AI models.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level required.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills essential for high-quality output.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) is required.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred but not strictly mandatory for entry-level candidates in India.
