DataAnnotation seeks an experienced Software Developer - AI Trainer to join a global community of over 100,000 professionals. This role involves training next-generation AI chatbots and models by solving complex coding problems.
About the Role
You will collaborate with state-of-the-art AI systems to design diverse programming tasks, build functional applications, and analyze data insights. Your contributions directly refine intelligent systems that learn and adapt in real-world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and solve challenging coding problems for AI training datasets.
- Develop clear code snippets with detailed technical explanations.
- Evaluate AI-generated code solutions for accuracy, performance, and readability.
- Provide expert feedback to improve the evolution of large language models (LLMs).
Requirements
- Native or bilingual fluency in English with excellent grammar skills.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language/framework: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C/C++, Java, Go, Kotlin, Swift, React, etc.
- A bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing).
- Preferred background as a Software Developer, Engineer, or Programmer.
