Software Developer

We are seeking experienced Software Developers to join our platform as AI Trainers. In this role, you will help state-of-the-art AI systems learn and evolve by designing, solving, and evaluating complex coding problems across various programming languages including Python, JavaScript, Java, and C++.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and solve high-quality coding challenges to benchmark AI performance.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for syntax accuracy, performance, and logical clarity.
• Provide technical feedback to iterate and improve machine learning models.
• Document code snippets with detailed, high-quality technical explanations.

Qualifications:

• Professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, React, Java, Go, or Swift.
• Exceptional writing skills with a focus on technical clarity.
• Current enrollment in or completion of a bachelor's degree.
• Proven background in software engineering or professional programming.
