About the Role
Join Amazon Logistics' Station Tech team to build scalable tools for our Last Mile delivery network. Our hubs receive packages from Fulfilment Centers and Sort Centers, preparing them for on-road delivery via mobile applications like Dolphin. This critical operation supports high-impact programs including Same-Day Delivery (SSD), Grocery, Rush, and perishable/chill-chain logistics across North America, Europe, Japan, the Middle East, and India.
Your Responsibilities
- Architect, design, implement, and deploy large-scale software systems powering Amazon's fastest delivery promises.
- Own services spanning package injection, staging, sortation, and routing to keep millions of time-critical orders on-time.
- Prioritize operational quality by reducing cognitive load for associates and eliminating decision points to drive standardization.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate across product, science, and operations teams to launch new speed programs globally.
Qualifications
Basic: 3+ years of professional software development experience; 2+ years in system design/architecture (patterns, reliability, scaling).
Preferred: Full SDLC experience including code reviews and testing; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
