About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our Growth and Onboarding tech team. In this role, you will build personalized onboarding experiences and professional development platforms that help millions of employees discover upskilling opportunities and career pathways from Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle (design, develop, test, deploy) of components shaping employee growth at Amazon.
• Design and build reliable, scalable distributed systems from the ground up.
• Maintain high standards across design, documentation, testing, and operations.
• Partner with Data Engineers, Scientists, and Learning Scientists to optimize how people learn and grow.
