Key Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products and services.
• Develop and implement technologies within a large-scale distributed computing environment, driving industry advancements.
• Engineer solutions for predictions on distributed systems, utilizing innovative technologies at immense scale and speed.
• Construct scalable, fault-tolerant, cost-effective, and user-friendly distributed storage, index, and query systems.
• Design and code solutions for broadly defined problems.
• Contribute to an agile development process, delivering high-quality software.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior technical internship experience.
• Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with optimization mathematics, including linear and nonlinear programming.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical challenges and proposed solutions.
• Adeptness in handling ambiguous problems and abstract thinking.
