Software Design Engineer — New Project

Location: Kolkata (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Software Design Engineer who bridges engineering and visual design. You will build production-ready code for our React Native mobile app and Next.js web platform, ensuring pixel-precise interfaces that feel premium.

This is an early-stage role offering high ownership, direct access to the founder, and the chance to shape product architecture from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain React Native (Expo) mobile applications with pixel-perfect animations and interactions.
• Built SSR pages for Next.js web frontend optimized for SEO and Core Web Vitals.
• Create a shared component library by implementing design tokens across platforms.
• Integrate backend services including Hono.js API on Cloudflare Workers and Supabase.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from feature brief to App Store release.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in frontend or full-stack engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to ship apps on Play/App Stores using React Native (Expo).
• Proficiency in Next.js/React with SSR and dynamic routing skills.
• TypeScript expertise as the primary coding language.
• Strong design sensitivity for reproducing high-fidelity visuals accurately.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary from ₹25,000.00 per month with flexible working hours and potential equity participation.
