In this senior role, you will lead the development of scalable backend services using Golang and architect optimize React-based dashboards for real-time monitoring.

About the Role

You will operate within an agile team, mentoring junior developers while contributing to robust system designs. Your impact will include driving improvements in performance, scalability, and security across our telecom infrastructure. Collaboration with RAN engineers is key as you help optimize KPIs and ensure high availability.

• Lead development of scalable backend services in Golang
• Architect and optimize React-based dashboards for intuitive user experiences
• Mentor junior developers and guide system design decisions
• Drive performance, scalability, and security improvements
• Collaborate closely with RAN engineers and cross-functional teams
• Act as Scrum Master to facilitate agile workflows in a diverse team

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with 6–10 years of experience who possess advanced expertise in Golang and React.js. Ideally, you will have hands-on experience with 5G RAN systems or telecom KPIs. Proficiency in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is essential. A strong commitment to code quality and team collaboration is a must.
