We are building our flagship platform that blends data, workflow automation, and agentic AI to help enterprises make smarter decisions. We seek an engineer who loves owning full-stack products end-to-end, thrives on production-grade Python services, and is excited about LLMs and agents.

What You'll Do

• Full-Stack Ownership: Take features from design doc to production (React UI, FastAPI service, DB schema, AWS deployment).
• Build Engaging Interfaces: Design and implement React component hierarchies that enterprise users love.
• Rust & Python Services: Ship clean router structures with Pydantic-validated contracts and dependency-injected auth using FastAPI.
• Implement RAG Pipelines: Choose chunking strategies, select embedding models, stand up vector stores (Pinecone/Weaviate), and instrument retrieval quality metrics.
• Agentic AI Workflows: Design multi-step agent graphs using LangGraph or similar to complete actual tasks reliably.
• Data Layer Mastery: Model relational data in PostgreSQL with multi-tenancy, write performant queries, and optimize access patterns for Redis/DynamoDB when needed.
• AWS Operations: Containerize services, orchestrate on ECS/Lambda, manage secrets via Secrets Manager, and build CloudWatch dashboards.
• Robust Auth & Security: Implement JWT/OAuth2 flows with RBAC and secure session management to protect tenant data.
