About the Role

Join our team as a Social Media Strategist and help shape SortYourTrip's digital presence. In this role (requiring 2–3 years of experience), you will drive growth through strategic planning, data analytics, and creative branding efforts focused on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze content performance to identify high-impact strategies across platforms.
• Build, track, and optimize KPIs that drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Create platform-specific campaigns tailored to Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook algorithms.
• Manage Google Ads initiatives to attract qualified traffic and boost ROI.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and website performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to elevate overall brand output.

We Are Looking For

• A strategic thinker with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media, digital marketing, or growth hacking.
• Deep understanding of major social platforms' algorithms and audience behaviors.
• Proven ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Solid knowledge of branding fundamentals, positioning, and perception management.
