Role Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist (Junior & Senior) based in Park Street, Kolkata. This is a full-time on-site role focused on managing Talent Affair's presence across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. You will be responsible for planning content strategies, executing Meta Ads campaigns, optimizing posts for maximum engagement, and collaborating with the creative team to produce reels and graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts on major social media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
• Execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable reports.
• Respond professionally to community comments and messages.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of Meta/Google Ads tools is a must.
• Ability to travel for content shoots and video production as needed.
