Social Media Content Creator

M-Cube Community, in collaboration with Heartless Security, is seeking creative Social Media Content Creators to join their Project: Heartless Security. This role focuses on expanding digital awareness campaigns, particularly for Instagram, by producing short-form educational content centered around cyber safety. We are looking for individuals who can create engaging Instagram Reels and short videos covering topics such as online scam awareness, cyber fraud prevention, digital safety tips, and public awareness about online threats. This is a long-term collaboration opportunity designed for creators passionate about spreading awareness and building a meaningful digital presence. Responsibilities include creating and publishing educational content on personal creator accounts, following provided content concepts, participating in awareness campaigns, and maintaining professional communication. Requirements include an active Instagram creator account with good camera presence, communication skills, the ability to create engaging short videos, and a basic understanding of social media trends. Specific eligibility criteria for Instagram accounts include having a Professional (Creator/Business) account, being active and in good standing, possessing 10,000+ followers, and averaging 500K+ reel views in the last 30 days. Compensation is structured as a monthly paid collaboration contract with performance-based earning potential and opportunities for long-term engagement for selected creators. This is a part-time, freelance, contract position. The pay rate is between ₹250.00 and ₹700.00 per hour, with expected hours of 8.0 per week. The position is fully remote, offering work-from-home benefits.
