About the Role: PSY9 Security seeks a **Senior SOC L3 Analyst** to lead the technical backbone of their Security Operations Center (SOC). This role focuses on SIEM/SOC platform integrations, detection engineering, and incident response leadership across multi-tenant client environments. You will onboard diverse log sources, design detection use cases, lead high-severity incident response, and standardize SOC operations. Responsibilities include:

SIEM & SOC Integrations: Lead deployments and integrations for Securonix, Splunk, ELK Stack, Wazuh, and other platforms. Normalize log sources (firewalls, EDR/XDR, cloud, databases, network devices) and develop parsers/connector mappings. Monitor integration health and optimize license usage.
Detection Engineering: Design, develop, and deploy detection use cases across SIEM platforms. Map content to MITRE ATT&CK, tune rules for accuracy, and build SOAR playbooks. Collaborate with VAPT teams to close vulnerability-to-detection gaps.
Incident Response: Escalate and lead high-severity incidents, conduct deep log analysis, and present findings to clients. Perform threat hunting and malware triage.
SOC Documentation: Create incident response plans, templates, and compliance reports (ISO 27001, SOC 2, SEBI CSCRF, RBI). Define SOC metrics and KPIs.
Client Engagement: Lead onboarding, SLA management, and client calls. Conduct tabletop exercises and validate response readiness.
Governance & Compliance: Generate compliance-aligned reports, enforce log retention policies, and support audits.
Platform Ownership: Manage SIEM capacity, evaluate new technologies, and automate repetitive tasks.
Team Leadership: Mentor L1/L2 analysts, define training roadmaps, and contribute to SOC maturity assessments.
