SOC Analyst L1

We are seeking a dedicated SOC Analyst (L1) to join our cybersecurity team in Chennai. This role serves as the first point of contact for security monitoring, ensuring 24x7 threat detection and operational stability for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Fortinet, Qradar, and Palo-Alto SIEM platforms to detect potential security threats.
• Triage security events based on established SOPs and log incidents accurately.
• Manage the incident lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and escalation to senior analysts when required.
• Maintain health, performance, and availability monitoring of SIEM components.
• Generate and publish daily, weekly, and monthly security dashboards and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and SIEM administrators to resolve platform issues.
• Support customer audit requirements and log source integration processes.

Requirements:

• Basic functional knowledge of Fortinet, Qradar, or Palo-Alto systems.
• Strong commitment to 24x7 operational support.
• Ability to work in-person at our Chennai facility.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and incident reporting.
