Security Operations Analyst (L2/L3) in Gurugram

OculusIT is seeking an experienced Security Operations Analyst to join our 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) in Gurugram, Haryana. This role focuses on advanced threat detection, incident response, and network security management.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and triage security alerts within a 24x7 SOC environment.
• Utilize SIEM platforms including Seceon, Microsoft Sentinel, IBM QRadar, and Splunk.
• Execute endpoint security operations using Crowdstrike, Defender, and Strellix.
• Manage Windows Server infrastructure, including AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
• Oversee network security components such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS.
• Perform vulnerability management, threat hunting, and maintain incident response playbooks.
• Ensure continuous compliance with organizational security policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional SOC experience.
• Strong background in incident response and log analysis (NIST/SANS framework preferred).
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration and network security protocols.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Preferred Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, or Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (SC-200).

Shift and Compensation

• Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (Night Shift).
• Salary: Competitive package ranging from ₹8,00,000 to ₹2,500,000 per annum.
