AquSag Technologies is seeking a dedicated Slack User/Specialist to join our team in Noida, India. This full-time, contractual/freelancing position offers a remote work opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure Slack workspaces to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow.
• Develop and maintain Slack workflow automations to boost productivity and streamline repetitive tasks.
• Integrate Slack with various tools and platforms to enhance team operations and engagement.
• Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions for new users, ensuring proficiency in Slack tools and best practices.
• Analyze Slack usage metrics to identify trends, improvement areas, and opportunities for enhanced team adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand challenges and implement effective Slack solutions.
• Troubleshoot user-level Slack issues, providing timely and clear support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a proficient Slack user.
• Strong expertise in Slack administration, including managing channels, user access, and notifications.
• Proven experience in setting up Slack workflow automations.
• Expertise in integrating Slack with third-party applications and internal tools.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging remote training and onboarding sessions.
• Proficiency in analyzing Slack usage metrics and generating actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting AI training or data collection projects.
