Job Summary
Pinkerton seeks a Site Security Specialist to provide essential operational support for one of our largest global clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining physical security operations across the client's campus, ensuring a safe working environment and supporting critical business objectives. The Specialist will represent Pinkerton's core values and contribute to the development and implementation of regional security strategies.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver operational support for physical security, ensuring a secure workplace.
- Contribute to the evaluation, development, and implementation of regional security strategies.
- Execute site-specific security plans, risk/threat analyses, and training programs, collaborating with law enforcement as needed.
- Support internal communication initiatives within the region.
- Foster relationships with government, consular, and private sector agencies to bolster security operations.
- Assist the Regional Security Manager with contingency planning, risk assessments, and network maintenance across business units.
- Aid in intelligence gathering to protect against high-level security threats, emergencies, and contingencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the Building Emergency Reaction Readiness Program.
- Assist in the creation and review of strategic relocation planning at the regional level.
- Preserve business infrastructure by implementing strategic business objectives locally and regionally.
- Facilitate multi-level communication between business units, individuals, teams, and vendors.
- Conduct regular vendor reviews to ensure quality service delivery.
- Manage and direct on-site security staff and daily operations to ensure continuous business operations.
- Support the development of internal and external service optimization efforts.
- Respond promptly to all security incidents and emergencies according to established policy.
- Provide operational support to the Regional Security Manager during incidents and emergencies.
- Act as the global security representative during initial incident stages, as policy dictates.
- Support and troubleshoot security systems, including access control and access card management.
- Coordinate security for internal and external events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least five years of corporate security operations experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation communication.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills for effective workload management.
- A client-focused and results-driven approach.
- Ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels and diverse cultures.
- Skill in prioritizing duties based on importance.
- Adaptability to evolving external environments and organizational changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
