As a Site Reliability Engineer in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India, you will tackle complex distributed systems and massive-scale challenges across new payment flows, business and data solutions, cybersecurity, and B2C platforms.
We are seeking a versatile, curious, and energetic Site Reliability Engineer who thrives on solving intricate global challenges. This role is integral to a DevOps team with a 70% development and 30% operations focus within a multi-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor critical processing systems to ensure timely execution, delivery, and availability.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve system problems, conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
- Establish audits and alerts for proactive issue detection.
- Facilitate and manage system maintenance activities.
- Plan and execute system changes according to established procedures.
- Lead problem bridge calls and incident management meetings.
- Adhere strictly to all processes and guidelines.
- Develop and implement automation solutions.
- Contribute to a self-motivated, innovation-driven internal environment.
- Rapidly adapt to new application knowledge and evolving systems.
