We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in building, operating, and optimizing observability platforms. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability using modern monitoring, logging, and alerting tools, including ELK Stack, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.

• Design, implement, and operate monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using ELK, Loki, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Build actionable dashboards and alerting systems to improve incident detection and response.
• Automate operational workflows to reduce manual effort and improve system reliability.
• Partner with development teams to define and track SLIs/SLOs and reliability goals.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Support platform scalability with a focus on high availability and fault tolerance.

• Strong hands-on experience with ELK Stack, Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus.
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash/Shell).
• Working knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
