Full Job Description
Qure.ai is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions in healthcare. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and scalability of our AI-powered healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust data pipelines and efficient infrastructure that powers our AI-based healthcare solutions.
- Act as the primary on-ground liaison between Qure.ai and key project stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships.
- Proactively address and resolve communication gaps and technical challenges encountered in the field to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to data annotation efforts essential for AI model training.
- Develop and deploy comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to enable prompt detection and resolution of operational issues.
- Gather valuable feedback from customers regarding AI workflow integration, dashboard usability, and operational hurdles.
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend and implement solutions for optimization and high availability.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Technology (BTech) in Computer Science or a closely related engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
- Primary fluency in Mozambican Portuguese is essential, alongside full professional working fluency in English.
- Demonstrated understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
- Basic proficiency in at least one programming language and exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
- A keen eye for detail, coupled with strong abilities in documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience working effectively with the Qure Engineering Team and other critical stakeholders is highly desirable.
