About the Role
Zoenix is seeking experienced Site Reliability Engineers (SRE) for an exciting remote opportunity based in India.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years.
Location: Remote, India only.
Core Skills Needed:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Strong hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker.
IaC Tools: Experience using Terraform, Ansible, and other Infrastructure as Code tools to automate deployment.
Languages & Scripting
Demonstrated proficiency in Linux system administration with strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
Observability & Monitoring
Experience working with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK stack is essential for maintaining production health.
Automation & Pipelines
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment workflows.
Incident Management
- Proven track record in handling production incidents, complex troubleshooting, and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
You should also be well-versed in Service Level objectives including SLI, SLO, SLA management, and error budget concepts. Finally, a strong understanding of high availability patterns, scalability strategies, and performance optimization techniques is required.
