• Core Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate proficiency in site reliability culture, implementing robust SLI/SLO/SLA frameworks and managing error budgets effectively.
• Leverage advanced observability patterns using industry-leading tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, and Dynatrace for white/black box monitoring and alerting.
• Execute small to medium projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate operational toil through systems engineering.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities responsibly within the work environment to accelerate incident triage and troubleshoot distributed system challenges, adhering strictly to data sensitivity requirements.
• Show strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC) and proficiency in Python for automation and tool building.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years applied software engineering background.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform) and operational hygiene in production environments.
• Hands-on debugging fundamentals for latency analysis, dependency failures, and service recovery across distributed systems.
