Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking experienced Site Reliability Engineers to help build and scale Shopify's planet-scale systems. You will ensure resilience and performance for millions of merchants by creating robust tools, managing incidents, and developing production services that underpin global commerce revenue. This role requires on-call availability (08:00 - 14:00 UTC), critical thinking in a fast-paced digital-first environment, and the ability to master your craft while ensuring we never fail for the same reason twice.
