Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to provide essential day-to-day operational support for our ProjectSight, B2W, and Vista cloud-hosted environments, specifically within the ANZ region. Your role will involve vigilant monitoring of system performance, availability, and security, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues. You will be instrumental in managing incident response, conducting thorough troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis for our cloud infrastructure and application services. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with global Cloud Operations, Application Support, and Development teams to coordinate regional deployments, upgrades, and essential maintenance activities. Maintaining and enhancing our operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for supported applications and services will be a significant part of your contribution. You will also support customer-facing teams by providing crucial operational insights, technical guidance, and effective issue resolution. Participation in a regional on-call rotation for critical support outside of normal business hours is expected. Ultimately, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing system reliability, implementing automation, optimizing monitoring strategies, and driving overall operational efficiency for our cloud services in Chennai.
