Site Reliability Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for monitoring and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Identity & Access Management tools such as Auth0, Azure AD, or Okta.
• Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting complex system issues and leading root cause analysis.
• Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and reliability best practices.
• Experience with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Working experience with AWS services.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Certifications in cloud platforms, identity management, or monitoring tools are a plus.
