Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain robust monitoring and self-healing strategies to proactively prevent production incidents.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis of production issues.
• Participate in design and production reviews for new features, products, and infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and manage ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Prometheus, and Grafana solutions for comprehensive monitoring and alerting.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues across various services and system levels.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate maturity, efficiency, and business value.
• Collaborate effectively as an integral part of the DevOps team, contributing complementary skills towards common goals.
• Leverage L3 support experience to resolve challenging technical problems.
• Embrace and work within agile development methodologies.
• Develop automated monitoring scripts using Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools to ensure security policy compliance.
• Troubleshoot intricate technical issues specifically related to identity access management (IAM) systems.

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or a comparable role.
• In-depth understanding and practical experience with the Dynatrace platform for application performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in utilizing Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues within IAM systems.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Ruby.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, aligning with EST time zones (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
