Responsibilities

• Support and perform maintenance across product and data environments/systems.
• Proactively monitor events, investigate issues, analyze solutions, and drive problem resolution.
• Maintain the network environment using provided utilities to ensure high service availability.
• Respond to alarms; classify, prioritize, and resolve system/network issues.
• Provide critical outage notifications and escalate for timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in Data Center Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration.
• Deep understanding of enterprise server architecture (Dell, HPE) and storage systems.
• Familiarity with Linux command line operations and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with high availability concepts: PDU, EFU, RAID, and redundancy planning.
• Proficiency in remote access technologies like iDRAC & ILO.
• Strong discipline on security compliance, change management, and data center best practices (hot/cold aisle containment).

Soft Skills

• Analytical problem-solving skills with strong root cause analysis capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
• Collaborative mindset focused on teamwork and customer service.
