Site Engineer Responsibilities:
- Organize materials, ensuring site safety and cleanliness
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure availability of necessary materials and tools
- Provide technical advice and suggestions for project improvements
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Authorize technical drawings and engineering plans
- Develop work schedules and communicate adjustments to teams and clients
- Gather data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and schedule meetings and training sessions
- Conduct quality assurance checks and provide team feedback
Site Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- Valid driver's license
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Preferred additional certificates or licenses in ELV Systems such as FAS, FFT, BMS, CCTV, Access Control
- Solid knowledge of engineering, construction, and design principles
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking to projects
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
