Job Purpose

The Site Engineer is pivotal in managing daily site operations, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and strict timelines. This role serves as the primary liaison between the design team, subcontractors, and the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution & Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities, including civil, electrical, and interior fit-out works, to guarantee compliance with approved drawings.
• Project Scheduling: Monitor daily progress against the project timeline, ensuring all milestones are met without delays.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to uphold high standards of workmanship and verify that all materials meet project specifications.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and vendors to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.
• Material Management: Track material deliveries, manage on-site inventory, and minimize wastage through proactive supervision.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce stringent site safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), maintain site measurement books, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Issue Resolution: Identify technical challenges on-site and implement immediate, practical solutions to maintain project momentum.

• Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bangalore.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi).
