Shopify Specialist / Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled Shopify Specialist / Team Leader located in Pune to help merchants successfully launch their stores using our proprietary app. This is not standard customer support; you will be an integral part of the engineering team, working directly with Shopify themes (Liquid), troubleshooting complex integration issues, and leading a junior team.

• Core Responsibilities:
• Assist merchants in configuring apps within their Shopify environments via live chat.
• Troubleshoot theme compatibility and app installation issues using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to maintain high-quality standards for our Shopify Apps.
• Analyze recurring merchant problems and provide actionable feedback directly to the product development team.

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience working with Shopify themes and theme customization.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Excellent English communication skills for client interactions.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience developing or publishing apps on the Shopify App Store.
• Familiarity with Shopify app blocks and backend development logic.

Compensation: ₹50,000 - ₹84,000 per month (In-person at our Pune office).
