Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the Telecom domain (OSS/BSS) for a PAN India opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in ServiceNow ITSM, Java Scripting, Flow Designer, and system integrations to drive service fulfillment lifecycle automation.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development & customization.
• Proficiency in Java Scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Expertise in automation using Flow Designer / Workflow.
• Solid experience with system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• In-depth understanding of Telecom domain processes, specifically BSS/OSS frameworks.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in Telcom Order Management (OMT Module).
• Familiarity with catalog-driven service fulfillment and orchestration.
• Knowledge of product/catalog modeling and service decomposition.
