About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Specialist to lead end-to-end design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise VR solutions. This role demands strong hands-on platform expertise to translate complex business and security requirements into scalable, effective ServiceNow architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the full lifecycle of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) implementations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Business and Security domains to define and deliver robust solutions.
• Demonstrate deep functional and technical mastery in the VR module, including hands-on configuration.
• Influence platform architecture decisions aligned with enterprise standards and ServiceNow best practices.
• Guide development teams through design, build, testing, and deployment phases while enforcing coding governance.
• Optimize platform performance, monitor health, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage ongoing configuration, maintenance, and enhancements as business needs evolve.
• Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring stability of customizations and seamless integrations.
• Stay ahead of the ServiceNow roadmap to recommend cutting-edge improvements.

Required Skills

• Certified expertise in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR).
