ServiceNow Software Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience across the platform modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM. The ideal candidate will deliver enterprise-grade configuration and customization aligned with best practices.

• Deliver fresh/greenfield ServiceNow implementations, establishing foundational data models, workflows, integrations, and core platform capabilities for clients in Bengaluru East and globally.
• Contribute to solution design and technical implementation, including development, configuration, unit testing, and deployment activities ensuring scalable solutions.
• Participate actively in technical design discussions, code reviews, and end-to-end build delivery.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within enterprise consulting environments without formal people-management responsibility.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, functional leads, and client stakeholders.

Required Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and/or ITOM is strongly preferred; holding multiple CIS certifications gives you a distinct advantage.
