Join EY's GDS-ServiceNow team in Kolkata, India, as a Staff ServiceNow Developer. You will play a key role in solving client challenges using the ServiceNow platform, working with a high-quality team to build innovative products. Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow system, including workflow creation.
• Build service request fulfillment workflows from customer requirements using workflows, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality.
• Perform integrations and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, and SOAP calls.
• Gather business specifications and deliver products that meet client needs, including developing technical specifications documentation.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Generate dashboards, home pages, performance analytics data collectors, and reports.
• Analyze user stories and internal procedures to improve system capabilities, automate workflows, and address scheduling limitations.
• Perform system and integration testing.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Experience with authentication protocols (Active Directory/LDAP, SiteMinder federation/Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes.
• Experience integrating with internal and external applications and systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, and web design best practices.
• Service Portal implementation experience.
• Implementation experience in ITSM, IRM, SecOps, ITOM, or Service Portal.
• Performance Analytics implementation experience.

Qualifications:

• College degree in a related technology field or equivalent job experience.
• ServiceNow CSA Certification is mandatory.
• Approximately 2 to 3 years of development experience with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
• ServiceNow CIS certifications are a plus.

Additional Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools for managing stories.
• Knowledge of the latest ServiceNow version features.
