Full Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Performance Analytics Developer based in Hyderabad to design robust analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience creating dashboards, measurements, and reports that drive data-informed decision-making across IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-impact Performance Analytics solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Develop meaningful Measurements, scorecards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all analytics modules.
  • Optimize platform performance using best practices in scripting (JavaScript), Glide API, and asynchronous processing.
  • Maintain existing configurations and provide comprehensive training/documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for reporting problems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow architecture modules (ITSM, CMDB). Strong background in data visualization principles is essential.

Preferred Experience

  • +3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
