ServiceNow IRM Developer

DataLunix is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to drive high-impact Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementations. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, transforming complex business requirements into robust, automated risk and compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
• Lead end-to-end implementation cycles from requirement gathering and data modeling to deployment.
• Customize business rules, workflows, and UI policies to meet organizational compliance needs.
• Design advanced reporting and dashboard analytics for real-time risk visibility.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using IntegrationHub.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 to 8+ years of professional ServiceNow development experience.
• Deep technical proficiency in IRM/GRC modules and associated compliance frameworks.
• Advanced JavaScript skills with expertise in Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Strong background in Vendor Risk and Audit Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow CSA or CIS-GRC certification.
• Cross-functional knowledge of ITSM/ITOM modules.
